What are the best aspects of this product?

Data is all-inclusive, but you can see even separate portions if you want to. It molded instantly with our workflow, unlike other cases where we had to adjust workflows to the software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Too many options, just too many! I understand the rationale of bringing as many features in as you can, but this goes so far that I'm stuck for hours on a simple report. In any case, I think that some solid warm-up can make it happen, you just need to find your way around the content. I used to mind the lack of invoicing tools, but I concluded APIs are good enough. There is no problem when exporting data, so why would I make life more complicated?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is the 'brainy player' that gets planning done. It does both general and detailed planning, and it gives us an overview on our resources. I think there is no better way to track tasks either.
