What are the best aspects of this product?
The support team is amazing and highly responsive. I’m very satisfied with its LiveChat sessions. They always provide support for tech issues and helps us to get things done. The product is simple and easy to use, it doesn’t require trainings. I like its new features and development cycles they keep the software reliable and robust.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn’t work well with IE11 and it needs more support for Microsoft products.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is helpful tool for project management purposes because it has great reporting and planning features. The bug tracking is straightforward and very helpful for our developers.
