What are the best aspects of this product?
Creating views for each separate task is amazing. No remarks on speed, ease, or intuitiveness, just compliments. I've seen savvy users get on it quite fast, so learning won't be an issue either. My favorite part is their powerful API: we are not dependent on third-party software and we integrate our homemade tools. The customer support is so good that it discovers our problems even before we do.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Clicking on external links will not take you to a separate window (as usual), but it will replace your current TP session and you will have to go back. Entering staff data is also tricky: in case you don't know whether the employee has a license, you have to ask before you proceed. The system will not let you move on without this information.
