I’m very satisfied from Target Process solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Target Process for more than 3 years and over those 3 years we managed to change the development structure and process so now we have lot of developers into multiple teams in several departments. Everyone in our company loves the changes we have made thanks to TP.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool needs to be stronger when it comes to handling new requests from our stakeholders. Also, they haven’t updated the Helpdesk tool which is made for this types of questions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Target process for each development process. It helps us for time estimation and sprint planning. Our developers are using this tool on a daily basis, they get all the details they need for development process and to track their development time. Also, it is great tool to use the reporting to generate multiple reports for stakeholders.
