So far, so good, but I am excited to see the new features!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am the biggest fan of TP! I started using it three and a half years ago, while I was still working for a different company, and it was the first thing I recommended to my employer upon my arrival here, something like a year ago. Well, if you're looking for your boss's attention, that's the way to go :) Joke aside, an incredibly configurable software, expanding in directions not even developers anticipated. Very flexible, even beautiful, hosting service impecable...Just few days ago they informed us on a new package of features, and i can't wait to see what the fuss is all about!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing, nothing, nothing! I just wish I was more patient not to bother hosts for new features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're managing our products, and ensuring there is timely communication between the BA, QA and the Dev Teams. Currently, we're exploring change management options, and we're looking forward to use as many of them as we can.
