What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I love its fundamental value and the fact that the team behind this product love their users and do their best in order to provide best user experience. Wonderful microinteractions are all over the product. And it feels natural to the users when they click or manipulate something.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have lot of dislikes about it. One minor thing that I would call “dislike” is that there is no option to create a filter that could select all entities such as: epics, features, user stories and bugs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product helps us to manage the back-log in service of the workflow for our primary product. It helps us to gather requirements and requests from stakeholders and to prioritize them by using the product’s features.
