What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers everything that Trello is missing, starting from UI which is highly intuitive. I like that we are able to provide every person in our team with the views which is extremely helpful for all our teams and team members. It allows us to keep track of all work in Kanban type list view and in timeline and hierarchical view. The documenting and structuring abilities are great because it enables us to document software projects into Targetprocess. Also, the integration with Helpdesk is wonderful because it allows us to convert customer feedback into tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to set up, it is not intuitive solution at all. It has a learning curve and the setup pages show that they are from varipus product generations. The truth is that all its mashups and plugins provde lot of flexibility but it takes some searching among all the setup possibilities. It is a pricey for small size companies but it is worth the price.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to manage website projects from simple one to complex long lasting software development projects. Also, we are using it as a Helpdesk solution for our users. It simplifies our training and planning processes.
