What are the best aspects of this product?

Targetprocess will surprise you with customizability, rich feature-suits, beautiful and friendly interface, and of course reliable support. This is the most precise my description can get, otherwise I'd tell you I love everything about it (and that wouldn't be far from the truth).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was so happy that APIs were there that I didn't even notice they need improvement. I wouldn’t name this a flaw, because WebHooks are already customizable enough. Not that budget friendly, but it comes with 1000 free entries, and that's fair enough even for a large project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It replaced Trello adding the value we all missed from our online tool. Don't get me wrong, Trello was clean and good for a startup, but as we were growing we started missing basic features (burndowns, start dates, roadmaps, etc) and we had to switch to something better. Finding TP was not easy, but it was worth every effort! It even adjusted the starting day for tasks, bugs and user stories once we transferred from Trello. That one we really didn't expect!
