What are the best aspects of this product?

TargetProcess is great tool for managing multiple projects. It is easy to use and the support team is always open to suggestions and ready to help. It allows you to define custom project structure and to create a one-off or even permanent dashboards so you can choose different ways of how you want to see your data. The constantly release new updates and fix bugs and the support team always asks us whether we need something more or how they can make the product even better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It may take some time when loading for first time and this is the one thing I’d like to see improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We run various projects and all of these projects are handled with Target Process, thanks to its customization and visualization options we are able to manage our projects and to handle specific requests. It offers various visual modes so we can shift from solo to team working modes and vice versa.
