What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using TargetProcess for 3 years and there are lot of things that I like about it. It is configurable and flexible solution, it allows us to expand our businesses. The UI is intuitive and highly functional. They constantly release new features ona regular basis. It is stable solution and it offers their own hosting service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not much to dislike. We need some features but I believe they ar eon the roadmap. They constantly ask their users about their experience so they can work on the product’ improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to manage our projects of our Dev, BA and QA teams.
