This tool is feature rich. But below features are very unique and useful
- Very easy interface for managing tasks, sub-tasks, logging time
- Client rate chart for service & material
- Price or effort Negotiation with client regarding quotation and change request.
- Quick invoicing from different billable items

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing problematic. All features are useful

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

- Tracking all tasks very efficiently with list view and kanban view.
- Negotiation for client's change request. Until client approves the CR, develpers will not proceed with it
- Quick invoicing from different billable items - quotation, expenses, CRs, used materials etc
- Milestones linked with payment terms
