What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes so much more sense to have an easy-to-use project management tool where we can track the progress of each project because we can add deadlines, notes and filtering functions on each one. Their support team is also helpful in addressing our questions and concerns without delay.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish we can also assign more than one deadline per project because of the variety of tasks involved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to align with other teams because we can visualize the progress of each other's projects, and if we need to help.
