What are the best aspects of this product?
I like tawk.to as it allows for flexibility in terms of customer engagement. The user can choose when to initiate or join a live chat. I use this mainly for monitoring the activities on my website and gathering information about my visitors. This platform allows you to track the number of visitors on your website and the number of times each page is viewed. It also gives you some data about your website’s visitors, like their IP addresses and countries.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of tawk.to’s features may take a while to learn how to navigate, especially for new users. In my experience, it took some time to figure out how to customize widgets. Tawk.to gives the illusion that customer support service is always available with its automatic messaging. This may become a problem because agents are not always available to answer customers’ queries.

We have been using tawk.to provide support services to our customers. It has helped not only in making the experience of our customers better but also in monitoring the activities on our website and preventing visitors with abusive IPs from accessing our web pages.
