Tawk.to has all the features necessary for a good messaging platform. It is user-friendly and easy to integrate on a website. It also has a mobile version which enables us to receive notifications and respond promptly to our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have dealt with situations where the status of our representatives remained active because they forgot to log out of the app. This caused miscommunication between us and our clients.
