What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This platform is free and easy to use. There is nothing I can say I dislike about it. Integrating it into a website is trouble-free. All it takes is copying and pasting a Javascript line to the website’s HTML. I have been using tawk.to for years now and I can say that I am a very satisfied user.

All of tawk.to’s features are available for free. I use this platform mainly for live chatting with my website’s visitors. I also gather analytics with it.
