What are the best aspects of this product?

We were able to save time and money. Hiring accountants can be costly, especially if we don't have the accounting knowledge to do it ourselves. TaxJar was able to help us with this. It is very easy to use and it automatically calculates our sales tax.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope there can be better integration between TaxJar and Amazon. Since California sends a paper letter with codes, it is quite confusing to enter it one by one. Though I understand that this is not TaxJar's fault, I would love it if they can find a way to make it easier for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were now able to file out a sales tax return on time. We had quite a bit of a struggle doing this before.
