What are the best aspects of this product?

Its user-friendly interface makes working easier for us. And if we encounter any issue, their customer support is always there to help us. They also have a good back feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sales tax can be difficult for anyone. We encountered a bad set-up on one state and it was not detected readily. We hope TaxJar can improve that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TaxJar helped us pay our taxes without any problem and the tool itself doesn't even cost that much, unlike other platforms. It also works well with Shopify and is very easy to use.
