What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Teamdesk since 2007. The intuitive interface and ease of use as well as the work flow functionality makes business processes seamless and well controlled. The reporting and charting functions make understanding your business data very easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better Calendar Views. Currently we use ics links to Outlook Calendars.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Control of all our products and works as a backend to our website as well as controlling all business process from Engineering through to production and providing files for programming automated production.
