Customer support with helpful and intuitive responses at a fast rate, almost no interruption in service combined with simple and easy-to-use features. TD's versatility is growing at a fast rate compared to how it was in the past.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes a while for the TD team to implement new ideas, so thoroughly audit the product, available guidelines and ask all your questions before you invest time and money in developing your database.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
User interface can definitely use much improvement and adjustment.

Automation and remote access compared to what we got on a desktop-based software. I can access it through my phone anywhere, anytime and get all the information I need.
