What are the best aspects of this product?
it´s very easy and fast to realize perfect customized solutions without the need to run your own server infrastructure and / or place an order to an external software company. also you have no additional service and update costs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
in all products are things which can be improved, so also in teamdesk, but as i have realized the team is working continuous and hard to add new features and improve things.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
some enhancement of the app functionality, easier backup support and additional commands in the programming language.

we was able to implement complete organization structure of our company in one web based tool without need to place an order
