What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything I need to effectively manage our sales team is already at my fingertips. It got a powerful reporting system that gives me a deep insight into our current sales, learns and assess our weaknesses, and build strategies accordingly. Its calendar feature is also very helpful. It made it easier to set up a meeting with the sales team or with the management. Lastly, the system is fast and user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform cannot be completely customized according to our requirements. Also, we encounter frequent system errors. I already reached out to their technical support team and raised the concern. They promised to look into it and fix them as fast as possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to get detailed reports of the sales team performance, assess the functions, and easily determine which function does not work and needs to be removed. With reliable data at hand, I'm able to make informed decisions. Overall, the system is playing a significant role in business growth.
