What are the best aspects of this product?

It is one of the smartest sports platforms that I have ever tried using in my life. I can easily manage my calendar of events and update my team roster in just a few clicks. I also love how it promotes a better and smooth sailing communication within the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have noticed that TeamSnap comes with a lot of ads, which makes me lose my focus. It usually pops up when I’m using my cellphone, so I’d instead shift to my laptop to work faster.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communications are more streamlined with the use of TeamSnap. I am surprised that everyone in my team is actively participating in our group chats. Meaning that they get to real all updates, which is something that I appreciate a lot.
