Teamsnap Review

PROS: It is one of the smartest sports platforms that I have ever tried using in my life. I can easily manage my calendar of events and update my team roster in just a few clicks. I also love how it promotes a better and smooth sailing communication within the team.

CONS: I have noticed that TeamSnap comes with a lot of ads, which makes me lose my focus. It usually pops up when I’m using my cellphone, so I’d instead shift to my laptop to work faster.

PROS: Communications are done straightforwardly. We use the chat group to talk to each other, including facilitating group meetings. I can say that TeamSnap is very efficient and helpful for the team.

CONS: There are delays with the notifications, but this is something that does not happen all the time.

PROS: Team management is made easier by subscribing to TeamSnap. You can quickly disseminate loads of information and occasional updates using one application only.

CONS: It takes a while to figure out how everything works. I have to do some research and write down my questions so that their CS team can help me figure out some things.

PROS: With TeamSnap, I can easily see what’s going on with my team in just one glace. I can update rosters and add schedules for all types of events.

CONS: There is nothing much to dislike about the product. Maybe they can improve their calendar features, so I don’t have to edit them right after syncing them from other calendars.

PROS: I don’t have to undergo any learning curve to use TeamSnap, and my players and their parents had the same experience as well. I often use it to send bulk emails and to initiate conversations with my team members. TeamSnap is providing everything that I need to help my team run efficiently.

CONS: Minor problems are common with TeamSnap, so I can easily bear with these things. They could work on the freeing issues, but aside from that, there’s nothing that I can complain about.

PROS: Organizing games and major events is never a problem with TeamSnap. I can create a couple of them and disseminate all the details to the attendees. It also helps the coordinators work well with each other through accessible communication.

CONS: The user interface is so easy to figure out, but there are times that I would like to change its look and layout. I hope that they would allow users to customize their accounts in the future.

PROS: I can easily organize all team members to their respective rosters without any issues at all. Also, chatting with team members is easy to do because TeamSnap works well on mobile phones.

CONS: Sometimes the system tends to work slower than usual. This usually happens during the mornings to noontime. But the good thing is that we don’t experience this in our group chat feature because we use it more often than other features.

PROS: It ensures that everyone in the team would be able to read my messages and emails and respond promptly. There is no reason for them to miss out on things.

CONS: The monthly payments are starting to increase because some features would require extra fees. They should provide better customer service experience in return, such as faster response time, will do.

PROS: I keep a hectic schedule, so I need something that can help me organize things instantly. Using TeamSnap is very beneficial not just for me but also for my team members and my staff. I can easily arrange my weekly and monthly calendar, so I won't be able to miss any of our games this season. TeamSnap comes with a free fan page site where I can update by uploading news, sports updates, and even photos of the team. It's good advertising; it boosts the players' morale, and it's a great platform to communicate with their followers. Another feature that I like about this app is its versatility because it works well on any smartphone. Meaning I can do things even if I am out of the office, and I worry less because everything is in place.

CONS: They should look into the pricing because its a little bit high for my opinion. Not all sports organizations have enough funding to pay for TeamSnap, so it would be nice to adjust their pricing.

PROS: Managing things at my workplace is a lot easier and more consistent with the help of TeamSnap.

CONS: They should add an option to disable the notifications because it becomes too distracting. I often see these notifications when I use TeamSnap on my mobile phone, and I don’t like it.

PROS: Using TeamSnap is a good thing for my business because it helps improve the communication process between my client, my staff and I. Instead of calling each other or sending SMS messages I like the idea of creating a centralized chat room where all members can raise their concerns, ask questions or provide updates. Aside from that, TeamSnap is so user friendly that anyone can figure out how it works in less than an hour.

CONS: I have noticed that we would have to pay extra if we want to take advantage of certain features. What they offer in the free and the basic plan is not enough to cover our business needs. This leaves us with no choice but to pay for add-ons to boost its service.

PROS: Working with TeamSnap makes my workload lighter in the sense that I don’t have to worry about creating team rosters and schedules. I can easily communicate with my players and their parents using its messaging feature, so everyone is updated. I can send a link for registration and collect payments via Paypal, which is very convenient.

CONS: I am still learning how to copy templates from other online forms instead of creating one for myself. It can be a bit of a challenge on my end, especially dealing with registration forms. Sometimes I get error messages, and sometimes I cannot upload the forms. I need help, and I’m sure that many users can say the same thing too. Offering a tutorial class or creating a video can make things a lot better.

PROS: TeamSnap works well for my parents. They appreciate that they are always aware of what’s going on in our school sports team.

CONS: One of the things that bother me about TeamSnap is the monthly rates. The fees are getting higher, and it affects our budget, so sometimes students have to shoulder some costs so w can continue using the app.

PROS: Ever since we started using TeamSnap, we’ve been getting a better attendance rate during team practices and meetings because everyone is now aware of the schedule.

CONS: Limited editing access on my end so I have to be very careful when I input events in my calendar. I double-check things before I save them because I won’t be able to delete it at the last minute.
