What are the best aspects of this product?

Communications are done straightforwardly. We use the chat group to talk to each other, including facilitating group meetings. I can say that TeamSnap is very efficient and helpful for the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are delays with the notifications, but this is something that does not happen all the time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everyone knows what’s going on. All they need to do is check the messaging app every day. Also, I send e-mails from time to time, so everyone is aware of the changes that are about to occur.
