PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Organizing games and major events is never a problem with TeamSnap. I can create a couple of them and disseminate all the details to the attendees. It also helps the coordinators work well with each other through accessible communication.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface is so easy to figure out, but there are times that I would like to change its look and layout. I hope that they would allow users to customize their accounts in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication has always been an issue in our team because not everyone is aware of what’s happening around them. This is why I decided to use TeamSnap so all team members would be added into the system and would be given access to view and respond anytime. This works well if I need to organize big events and ask for contributions or payments because its done online via Paypal.
