What are the best aspects of this product?

Working with TeamSnap makes my workload lighter in the sense that I don’t have to worry about creating team rosters and schedules. I can easily communicate with my players and their parents using its messaging feature, so everyone is updated. I can send a link for registration and collect payments via Paypal, which is very convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am still learning how to copy templates from other online forms instead of creating one for myself. It can be a bit of a challenge on my end, especially dealing with registration forms. Sometimes I get error messages, and sometimes I cannot upload the forms. I need help, and I’m sure that many users can say the same thing too. Offering a tutorial class or creating a video can make things a lot better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me put everything in the right place. I don’t need to use planners or write down notes in a paper to keep track of names and schedules. TeamSnap has a built-in calendar where you can schedule all of your games in advance. It sends you a reminder so you won’t miss anything. Communication is relatively easy since you can create a chat room for all team members, so everyone is on the loop.
