It ensures that everyone in the team would be able to read my messages and emails and respond promptly. There is no reason for them to miss out on things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The monthly payments are starting to increase because some features would require extra fees. They should provide better customer service experience in return, such as faster response time, will do.
