What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily organize all team members to their respective rosters without any issues at all. Also, chatting with team members is easy to do because TeamSnap works well on mobile phones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the system tends to work slower than usual. This usually happens during the mornings to noontime. But the good thing is that we don’t experience this in our group chat feature because we use it more often than other features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It keeps me updated on all of the game schedules. Should there be any changes or cancellations, then I can quickly notify everyone about it.
