What are the best aspects of this product?

TeamSnap works well for my parents. They appreciate that they are always aware of what’s going on in our school sports team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the things that bother me about TeamSnap is the monthly rates. The fees are getting higher, and it affects our budget, so sometimes students have to shoulder some costs so w can continue using the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Now that we have TeamSnap, there is no reason for us not to communicate as often as possible. Sometimes there would be a lot of changes on the schedule due to bad weather or rain, so Team Snap helps keep us in touch.
