What are the best aspects of this product?
Using TeamSnap is a good thing for my business because it helps improve the communication process between my client, my staff and I. Instead of calling each other or sending SMS messages I like the idea of creating a centralized chat room where all members can raise their concerns, ask questions or provide updates. Aside from that, TeamSnap is so user friendly that anyone can figure out how it works in less than an hour.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have noticed that we would have to pay extra if we want to take advantage of certain features. What they offer in the free and the basic plan is not enough to cover our business needs. This leaves us with no choice but to pay for add-ons to boost its service.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The flow of communication is smoother and more transparent through TeamSnap. It keeps everyone on the loop, so it prevents us from getting into arguments or misunderstandings. The parents of the players love using the app because it keeps them updated in advance of the game schedules.
