What are the best aspects of this product?

I don’t have to undergo any learning curve to use TeamSnap, and my players and their parents had the same experience as well. I often use it to send bulk emails and to initiate conversations with my team members. TeamSnap is providing everything that I need to help my team run efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Minor problems are common with TeamSnap, so I can easily bear with these things. They could work on the freeing issues, but aside from that, there’s nothing that I can complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is a better way to talk to each other because it is way more affordable than texts and calls.
