What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that it is easy to track support emails, assign owners, and ensure follow up of all tickets. Apart from helping us to provide five star support to our client, Team Support also makes it easy to do analytic reporting. We can track custom properties that we have created to capture the different types of data that we need from our support tickets.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have nothing to complain about about so far.

We use Team Support to manage and monitor tickets and ensure that each one of them has been solved. We also use it to track custom data fields for easy analytic reporting about our support numbers and clients.
