Best remote control software ever

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how I can easily distribute Teamviewer across the company. It’s portable, compatible and customizable. With a portable link my clients can download it without installation and without complex steps. Simple steps are: Click-download-double click and you are ready to use this great software. With execute option I can use it on my computer without installation. It’s simply the best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s not a dislike, but I would like to see Teamviewer with Linux as well. Overall, the product is great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TeamViewer allows us to solve our client’s issues like KVNC, VNC, Putty and other. Also, the software is very beneficial, all we need to do is to send the download link to our clients and then we can work on the issue.
