What are the best aspects of this product?

Very simple software. With TeamViewer you don’t need to have VPN or set up proxy, in other words, you don’t need to waste your time anymore. All you need to do is to create account, login and there you go. You can have access to all the computers you have set up in your account, you can log in and manage them. Give your partner ID and the code and you have instant connection with other computer, you can share screens, fix things, have chat, make presentations and more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have some issues with the tabs, if I have many opened tabs I cannot open them. They need to work on this issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TeamViewer is very helpful tool for running my business. I can work with my team and attend every meeting thanks to TV.
