Great tool for remotely accessing computers and solving some issues

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that this software is free for personal and non-commercial uses. I can easily access my partner’s computer, I can access an accounting system. Great connection with remote keyboard and mouse access. Also, TeamViewer allows me to have full permissions on the host machine.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes when I restart remotely, the app is blocked and doesn’t start automatically and this means that I am locked out. But, it’s not a big deal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With TeamViewer I can remotely help my colleagues and have access to other business systems.
