I can share my presentations with my students and chat with them at the same time

What are the best aspects of this product?

With TeamViewer I can share presentations, remote other computers for assistance, I can use chat, audio, video or webcam. I like that it is free for non-commercial uses and i found it useful in educational areas and low-income countries. The installation and set-up is easy and it works perfectly on Mac, Windows and others. It provides multiple options for joining sessions, meetings or to initiate seasons.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI is confusing and complex. Also, I had some troubles with attending meeting and at the end we were forced to use Skype because of those troubles, but I’m still not sure if the problem was with the software or something else.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it to give lectures for my students, to share presentations and share screen at the same time, they can also chat with me through sofwtare’s audio or chat features.
