I can share my presentations with my students in real time

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love TeamViewer because I can share presentations with others, and I can remote other computers for assistance. The software includes chat, audio, video and webcam. The software is free for non-commercial uses. It’s great in educational areas and low-income countries. The installation is very easy and work well on Mac, Windows and others. The software provides with lot of options to join other sessions and meetings, to initiate seasons and etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface can be a little confusing and complex. Once I had some issue when attending a meeting and we used Skype for that reason. I’m not sure whether the problem was with the software or something else.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use TeamViewer to give lectures for my students from all the world, I can share my presentations and show my screen at the same time. What’s more, students can chat with me via audio or chat.
