What are the best aspects of this product?

I have distributed TV across the company, it is portable, customizable and compatible tool. I send portable link and all my clients can download it without any complex set up or installation. As soon as you click the download double click the program is ready to be used. I use its execute options on my Pc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be extremely helpful if they could make TV working on Linux as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With TV we can solve clients’ issues sucha s VNC, KVNC, Putty and etc. The software is very useful and easy to use, it requires sending the download link to our client so we can work on resolving the issue.
