What are the best aspects of this product?

I recommend TV to every client, because they will have always have questions and will call you again. With TV there is no need to panic, I’m able to solve issues and problems my customers have with the product. I love that I can see their screen and help them during the process. This is great feature. Also, I can control voice and video chat, and this is very helpful for my business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every year they force me to upgrade their system, and it’s expensive. I don’t like when new customers download new upgraded version and I can’t help them because I don’t have the same version. The chat feature can be little complex for the clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Remote control helps me to solve the problems and difficulties on time. Also, TimeViewer allows me to offer support internationally. Also, the ability to use multiple computers on a single screen is what I really need.
