What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to TeamViewer I can solve my customers problems through desktop. It allows me to see the other screen so I can help them during the process this is by far one of the best features. I am even able to control voice and video chat.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like is the fact that they force me upgade the system and the upgraded system is expensive. Also, there is no compatibility with other versions for e.g. when a customer downloads new upgraded version I cannot help them due to the fact that I don’t use the same version. Furthermore, the chat feature is complex they could make it simpler.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to react on time when one of my customers has some issues, it helps me to offers international support and to use multiple computers ona single screen.
