What are the best aspects of this product?

TeamViewer is simply to use, it’s highly intuitive and helpful software. All you need to do is to install the software, get the code and you are connected. Great tool to get in touch with my team, customers, and others, I can give them assistance, help them, and share every information we need to share. I use it mostly, to share information and presentations with my team, to help someone if they have some issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing that I dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can help my clients, family and friends when they have some issues with their Pc, from my home.
