What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to chat and call features I can interact with my customers, and solve their issues by using this wonderful system TeamViewer. It is time saving and saves money as well. I can access to my client’s computers from home, I can guide them, teach them and help them whenever they have issues with using the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If I use 4 to 6 hour continuously then the system is very slow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to work from my home, I can connect with my office computer. It’s is very useful for my business and for my interaction with clients.
