What are the best aspects of this product?
With its chat and call features I can interact with my customers and solve problems remotely. It saves me lot of time and money. I’m able to access to my customers’ Pc from anywhere I can guide them, help them when they have some issues with the product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When I’m using it for more than 4hrs the system becomes slow.

I can work from home and connect with my Office Pc. It is wonderful solution for interacting with clients and helping them from anywhere.
