What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up new projects is so convenient because of Teamwork's templates. Monitoring the status of the porject leveled up a notch because of the amazing view options and status presentations made through graphs. I also love that this user-friendly app allow us to collaborate and share info to our clients, without them seeing our private and internal projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The wide selection of functions can be a little bit overwhelming and confusing. I hope there's also a way to open mulitple tabs in the desktop app (you can only do it in browser). Lastly, the integration with Hubspot isn't working that well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app keeps everything I needed for project management in one place. I no longer have to use multiple apps to do multiple tasks because I can do everything -- from time tracking to chatting -- within the app.
