What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using this app for almost a decade and it's been the best project management tool in the market. And it keeps on giving! My most favorite feature is the reporting. I also love their customer support staff! Really helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem I have with Teamwork is that the updates are only available for higher priced subscription. So yes, improvements on the app does come with a price.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collaboration with clients is so much easier when using the app.
