What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love about this software is its flexibility. Our team doesn't have to adjust our ways to adapt with the app, but the app is easily customizable to fit our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, Teamwork doesn't have the option to integrate other apps to its system. Well, we can, but it's very limited. It also doesn't allow us to create custom fields and forms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Teamwork automatically creates new tasks and projects based on the activities in our CRM tool. We can also send out messages via the message board.
