What are the best aspects of this product?

Teamwork is an amazing, straightforward, and flexible project monitoring tool. I said flexible because it definitely can be used for monitoring other aspects of operatoins such as admin stuff, sales, and marketing. We can plan because of this app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks finance-related functions such as invoicing, budget planning, and payroll. I also hope they would not people/user who can modify the plans in the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This solves the issue of coordination with our remote workers. We can see the whole picture of the project and the assigned tasks. It helps every team member understand the project even without meeting in person. This way, they can also plan and manage their time. The app also serves as some kind of portal for our team where we could access files/documents easily. This is important in collaborative work.
