What are the best aspects of this product?

This is such a great assistant. It organizes and stores your data for you. You can easily tap into it if you need to retrieve information on any aspect of your business. Plus, you can easily track those who have an outstanding balance with you and those who have a clean record of payment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program has a transferring fee--a necessary but inconvenient aspect of this program. The waiting time for the money to be transferred to your bank can take a few days too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My business is now more easy to manage thanks to TenantCloud.
