What are the best aspects of this product?

I love just how it takes away the stress of knocking on every tenant's door to ask for rental payment. Transactions can now be done online with zero hassle to both me and the tenant.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The amount on the invoice and the amount indicated on a tenant's contract mirror each other. I had a hard time disconnecting the two to adjust the invoice without having to touch the contract.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My business can run on auto-pilot now.
