What are the best aspects of this product?
I recruited the use of this program so I can avoid the manual task of sending invoices to my clients. Admittedly, it was a little intimidating to use at first. My knowledge, when it comes to computer solutions, is just basic, and TenantCloud proved to be a challenge for me to learn. But over time, I got to learn more about the quirks of this program and I'm currently reaping the benefits.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've been getting mixed reviews and impressions with this program. Take the tech support aspect of it, for example. There are times when they would respond quickly to me. Other times, I would have to wait a few days just to get an answer from them. It would be nice to have 24/7 support. I can't always rely on the FAQ on the manual that they have provided. Not only is it incomplete, but it's also confusing too. Some of my clients have a hard time understanding this program as well. While other more tech-savvy tenants have no problem using it, some of my less knowledgeable clients feel the opposite. I guess this is just a matter of familiarizing themselves with the interface.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I haven't explored the full functionalities of this program yet. However, I've been enjoying how easy it is to send invoices even when I'm away.
